Mashaal Wellness Center is our response to what mental health care and addiction treatment should actually be: relational, healing-focused, culturally grounded, and unapologetically human. An inpatient facility where healing happens in relationship—where distress is understood as meaningful rather than merely pathological, and where recovery is about reclaiming dignity and purpose.

What does that mean?
We are a rehab, not pharmaceutical pimps. Medication has its place as a tool in service of healing, not as the primary solution or profit center.
We are a rehab, not a jail. Dignity, autonomy, and genuine care replace coercion and control.
While diagnosis, medication, and therapeutic techniques have their place, they are small steps in something much larger. You are not a disease requiring treatment or chemistry requiring optimization. You are a person navigating profound life challenges. As are we.

Who We Serve
We provide inpatient care for people experiencing substance dependence, severe depression and anxiety, complex trauma, acute psychiatric crises, and co-occurring challenges—those requiring more support than outpatient care can provide.
