Transforming Mental Health Education
Mental health care isn't just about treating individuals—it's about healing communities.
At TelePsych Academy, we’re transforming how mental health is taught, understood, and practiced. Our courses and programs are designed to be insightful, accessible, and rooted in real-life relevance. Whether you're a professional, a student, or someone seeking deeper understanding, we meet you where you are - through collaborative learning that bridges academic knowledge with lived experience.
We believe that reshaping mental health care starts with reshaping mental health education.
Through public education and professional training, we're building a movement toward more relational, culturally-grounded, and meaning-centered approaches to mental health.

TelePsych Study Circle
At TelePsych Pakistan, continuous learning is central to our clinical culture. The TelePsych Study Circle is our in-house study program that fosters ongoing engagement with evolving mental health challenges. This venture aims to deepen our team members' skills, broaden their perspectives, cultivate compassion, and strengthen theoretical rigor. Drawing from diverse and culturally rich texts, these programs expand traditional frameworks and prepare our team to address emerging issues with insight and sensitivity.
A Conversation with Dr. Miller: After completing The Not So Abnormal Psychology by Dr. Ronald B. Miller, our team had the privilege of engaging directly with the author. In an open and insightful discussion, he addressed our questions and shared valuable wisdom drawn from his extensive clinical experience.
A Conversation with Dr. Ayurdhi Dar: Discussing Politico-Economic Trauma with Dr. Ayurdhi Dhar, the founder of Mad In South Asia and author of Madness and Subjectivity: A Cross-Cultural Examination of Psychosis in the West and India.
A Conversation with Dr. Ann Marie Neale: Discussing dr. Viktor Frankl and his life’s work with Dr. Ann-Marie Neale, a faculty member and member of the board of directors at the Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy in Abilene, Texas.
Our Mission
We're committed to reconstructing mental health education from the “inside” and open our doors to maximally benefit from the “outside”. As mental health professionals ourselves, we know the field needs healing—and we're working to provide better alternatives rooted in relationality, cultural wisdom, and human dignity. The practice of Mental Health Care has long been fragmented—defined by titles, disconnected from cultural realities, and often far removed from the everyday struggles people face. And we believe, mental health is way too important to be left to Mental Health Professionals alone–it requires other communities of academics, professionals, and the general public to join hands for a better humanity.
